We forbid accepting or offering financial/non-financial benefits (gifts, hospitality) related to business activities.
All business interactions must comply with applicable laws and internal regulations.
Confidential Information Protection
All client information is protected and may not be shared without explicit consent.
Employees must maintain discretion even after termination of cooperation.
Compliance and Consequences of Violation
Every employee undergoes regular Ethics Code training.
Rule violations may lead to immediate termination and criminal consequences.
The Code is regularly revised; clients and employees are promptly informed of changes.
